Terms and Conditions

1/ We accept no responsibility for injury to guests, or loss of or damage to their property, or for other matters which we have no control.

2/ Bookings are not valid until we receive the £100 (per week booked) non returnable deposit.

3/ The agreement is made on the basis that the property is to be occupied by the guest for a holiday as mentioned in the housing act 1988 schedule 1 paragraph 9 and the guest acknowledges that the tenancy granted by this agreement is not an assured tenancy and that no statutory periodic tenancy will arise when it ends.

4/ Bookings can not be taken by anyone under the age of 21.

5/ Telephone booking will be held for five working days pending receipt of our booking form and deposit.

6/ The balance of the cost of the holiday is to be sent four weeks prior to the start of your holiday

7/ Once a booking has been confirmed, the guest is responsible for the balance of the cost of the holiday. We reserve the right to re let any holiday where the balance outstanding is more than 7 days in arrears. However, if we are unable to re let the holiday, the guest remains liable for the outstanding balance.

8/ Only one well behaved dog per chalet per week.

9/ The guest shall keep the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the holiday accommodation in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the holiday and shall leave the holiday accommodation in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. The guest must report and pay to the owner the cost of any damage or breakages made during their holiday occupancy.

10/ The guests right to occupy the property may be forfeited with out compensation if the number of people occupying the property exceeds the full occupancy, or if any activity is undertaken which may cause unreasonable, damage, noise or disturbance.

11/ In the event of there being any complaint regarding the property, the matter should be taken up with us at once, in no circumstances will compensation be made for complaints raised after the tenancy has ended.

12/ In order to ensure that we can maintain our high standards of presentation and cleanliness, guests are requested to arrive after 2pm and depart before 10am.

13/ The booking conditions will apply to all bookings.
